69G. Payment into Fund
The Director-General shall, not later than 5 working days
after the end of every month, pay the advance recycling fee
collected by him into the Fund.
(d) in section 96, in subsection (2), by inserting, after paragraph (f),
the following new paragraph –
(fa) for the electrical and electronic equipment
on which the advance recycling fee shall be
payable;
