81. Entry of a dwelling house
(1) A Magistrate may, upon being satisfied that the authorised officer
should exercise the powers and duties conferred upon him under sections 79
or 80 in respect of a dwelling house, issue a warrant authorising the authorised officer to exercise those powers.
(2) A warrant issued under subsection (1) shall be valid for the period
stated in the warrant.
