16. Information in respect of qualifications
(1) Subject to subsection (2), where a person who has not been offered
employment or an employee who has been transferred or not been promoted
has reason to believe that he has been the subject of discrimination, he shall
be entitled to obtain, in writing, from the employer information on the experience or qualifications of the successful candidate as is available to the
employer.

(2) An employer shall not, for the purposes of subsection (1), communicate any information which identifies or purports to identify the successful
candidate.
