20. Disposal of immovable property
(1) Subject to subsection (2), no person shall discriminate against another person—
(a) by refusing or failing to dispose of any immovable property to
him; or
(b) in the terms or conditions on which any immovable property is
offered to him.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not apply to any enactment making provision for
the matters set out in section 16 (4) of the Constitution.
