31. No ground for complaint
Where, on investigating a complaint, the Commission finds that there is
no evidence of discrimination, it shall, in writing, inform—
(a) the complainant; and
(b) any person against whom the complaint was made,
of that fact and the reasons for its finding, and it shall take no further action
on the complaint.
