37. Staff of Tribunal
(1) The Secretary to the Cabinet shall designate a officer as Secretary to
the Tribunal and such other public officers as he thinks fit to assist the
Tribunal in the performance of its functions.
(2) The Secretary to the Tribunal shall be responsible for—
(a) keeping a record of the proceedings of the Tribunal;
(b) keeping in safe custody the papers and documents of the Tribunal;
(c) issuing summonses and recording statements of witnesses called
before the Tribunal; and
(d) performing such other duties as the Tribunal may require.
