42. Powers of Supreme Court on appeal (1) On the hearing of an appeal under this Act, the Supreme Court may affirm, quash, or alter any order made by the Tribunal. (2) The Supreme Court may, where it appears to it that a fresh hearing should be held, set aside the order appealed against and remit the matter to the Tribunal for a fresh hearing to be held.
