44. Regulations
(1) The Attorney-General may make such regulations as he thinks fit for
the purposes of this Act.
(2) Any regulations made under subsection (1) may provide for—
(a) the practice and procedure of the Commission and the Tribunal;
(b) the taking of fees, levying of charges and payment of costs of
proceedings; and
(c) the payment of expenses to persons ordered to attend the Tribunal.
