18. Possession of molasses, sugar cane juice and wash
No person shall have in his possession—
(a) any molasses or sugar cane juice elsewhere than—
(i) at a distillery;
(ii) on the premises of a sugar factory; or
(iii) in a storage place approved by the Director-General; or
(b) any wash elsewhere than at a factory where wash may be used
in the manufacture of excisable goods.
