23A. A priest registered with – One motor car of an engine 0%
(a) a religious capacity not exceeding 1,450
federation c.c., once in every 7 years.
receiving a Where the Director-General is
subsidy from satisfied that the motor car is
Government; or damaged in an accident and is a
total loss, he may grant
(b) the Ministry exemption for a replacement
responsible for car.
