24. Returns to be furnished
Every importer of or dealer in explosives shall on or before the tenth of
each month submit in duplicate to the Superintendent of Police of his district
a return in the prescribed form in respect of all explosives imported, sold or
otherwise disposed of by him during the preceding month.
