7. Import permits
(1) No person shall import explosives unless he has obtained from the
Commissioner a permit issued in that behalf in the prescribed form.
(2) Every person applying for a permit for the importation of explosives
shall notify the Commissioner of the quantity and nature of the explosives to
be imported.
