6. Meetings of Board
(1) The Board shall meet at least once every 3 months at such time and
place as the Chairperson may consider appropriate.
(2) Seven members shall constitute a quorum.
(3) No member shall take part in the proceedings of the Board on any
matter in which he has a personal or direct interest.
