21. Regulations
(1) The Attorney-General may make such regulations as he thinks fit for
the purposes of this Act.
(2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing
power, the regulations may provide for—
(a) the removal of persons in custody under this Act and their control and maintenance until their surrender; and
(b) the seizure and disposal of any property which is the subject or
required for proof of any alleged offence to which this Act
applies.
