6. Liability of offender to be surrendered Subject to this Act, where this Part applies to any foreign State, every offender from that State who is in Mauritius shall be liable to be arrested and surrendered in the manner provided by this Act, whether the act in respect of which the request for the surrender of the offender relates occurred before or after the application of this Act to that State, and whether or not any Court in Mauritius has jurisdiction in respect of that act.
