10. Duties of fabriques
The duties of the fabriques are to—
(a) keep safe and in good repair the church, presbytery, cemetery
and other property of the parish;
(b) collect the revenues;
(c) meet the expenses detailed in section 23; and
(d) present to the Bishop an annual account of receipts and expenses, and an estimate of the receipts and expenses for the following year.
