24. Contracts
(1) All bills shall be paid by the Treasurer.
(2) Contracts shall be signed by the Chairperson and the Treasurer, neither of whom shall be allowed to enter into any contract with the fabrique.
(3) The Treasurer shall not exceed the expenditure fixed by the budget
without the authorisation of the fabrique and of the Bishop.
