21. Payment of allowances pending appeal
(1) Where an appeal tribunal allows an appeal, payment of allowances
shall be made in accordance with the decision of the appeal tribunal.
(2) No payment shall be made where the awarding officer lodges an appeal with an umpire within 7 days of such decision.
