21. Donations and exemptions
(1) Article 910 of the Code Civil Mauricien shall not apply to the Institute.
(2) Notwithstanding any other enactment, the Institute shall be exempt
from payment of—
(a) any registration duty, fee or charges in respect of any document
under which the Institute is the sole beneficiary; and
(b) any other duty, rate, charge, fee or tax.
