10. Exempted bodies
Sections 8 and 9 shall not apply to films imported—
(a) by a Ministry, the Mauritius Broadcasting Corporation, the
Mauritius College of the Air, the Mauritius Film Development
Corporation and the Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority; or
(b) by diplomatic missions or international bodies recognised by
Government.
