16. Disposal of unclaimed films
(1) The Minister may order the destruction or disposal by the Board of
any film which—
(a) has been rejected, where the delay specified in section 14 (1)
has expired; or
(b) has been consigned to the Secretary and has remained
unclaimed by the importer for a period of 6 months.
(2) The Minister shall not incur any liability in respect of any action taken
in good faith under subsection (1).
