21. Offences
Any person who—
(a) after having been admitted in any building for the purpose of
attending an exhibition, creates any disturbance, makes any
unnecessary noise, makes use of any improper language or
gesture or smokes in the auditorium of that building;

(b) admits a minor to an exhibition in breach of a condition imposed
by the Board;
(c) contravenes this Act or regulations made under this Act,
shall commit an offence.
