24. Regulations
(1) The Minister may make regulations for the purposes of this Act, and
in particular, to provide for—
(a) the duties of the Board;
(b) the procedure relating to the classification of films and posters;
(c) levying the fees and charges.
(2) Regulations made under subsection (1) may provide that any breach
thereof shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding 10,000 rupees.
