22B. Non-compliance with instructions
Where a public officer does not comply with—
(a) the General Orders;
(b) financial instructions issued under section 22; or
(c) instructions issued under section 22A,
the responsible officer may refer the matter to the appropriate Service Commission for disciplinary action.
