19CA. Committees
The Minister may, by regulations, set up such committees as may be
necessary for the effective administration and implementation of the provisions of
this Act.
(i) in section 19H, in subsection (1), by inserting, after the words “such powers”, the
words “and mechanisms”;
(j) in section 19K –
(i) by deleting the heading and replacing it by the following heading –
