19U. Powers of Review Panel
For the purpose of reviewing a decision, the Review
Panel may –
(a) summon and hear witnesses;
(b) call for the communication or production of any
relevant record, document or article; and
(c) proceed in the absence of a party who, by notice,
has been given reasonable opportunity to attend
the proceedings.
