32. Protection from liability
No action shall lie against the FIU, the Director, any officer of FIU, or the
Chairperson and members of the Board, as the case may be, in respect of
any act done or omission made by the FIU, the Director, any officer of FIU,
or the Chairperson or members of the Board, as the case may be, in good
faith, in the exercise of the functions conferred on the FIU under this Act or
any other enactment.
