33. Funding
(1) The expenses of the FIU shall be met out of—
(a) monies appropriated annually by Parliament for the purposes of
the FIU; and
(b) any Government grants made to it.
(2) (a) With the consent of the Minister, the FIU may accept donations.
(b) Article 910 of the Code Civil Mauricien shall not apply to a donation to FIU.
