11. Filling of vacancies
(1) Any vacancy of the seat of a member referred to in section 7 (1) (a),
(f) and (g) shall be filled not later than 15 days from the date of the occurrence of the vacancy.
(2) Any person appointed under subsection (1) shall hold office for the
remainder of the term for which the vacating member was appointed.
