13. Decisions of Council
(1) Subject to subsection (2), a decision at a meeting of the Council shall
be adopted by a simple majority of the members present and entitled to vote
and, in case of an equality of votes, the Chairperson shall have a casting vote.
(2) Every decision of the Council in relation to the suspension or withdrawal of the licence of an auditor shall be approved by at least three quarters of members present and entitled to vote.
