17. Panel of experts
(1) The Council shall, for the purposes of this Act, establish the following
panels of experts—
(a) a Standards Review Panel;
(b) a Financial Reporting Monitoring Panel;
(c) an Audit Practice Review Panel; and
(d) an Enforcement Panel.
(2) The Council shall determine the number of persons who may be appointed in respect of each panel.
(3) The panels shall consist of employees of the Council and such other
suitable and qualified persons as may be appointed by the Council.
