26. Co-operation mechanism
(1) The Council may enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with
such regulatory body as it considers appropriate in order to exchange or
share information for the purpose of discharging its functions under this Act.
(2) The Council may enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the
Bank of Mauritius, the Financial Services Commission and the Registrar of
Companies for the purposes of assisting them in the discharge of their
functions.
