28. Protection from liability
No liability, civil or criminal, shall be incurred by the Council, any member
of the Council or of a Committee or a panel of experts, or any employee of the
Council in respect of any loss arising from the exercise in good faith by the
Council, the member of the Council or Committee or panel, or the employee of
the Council in the performance of its or his duties or the exercise of its or his
functions.
