30. Funding
(1) The Council shall establish a General Fund into which all monies
received by the Council shall be paid, and out of which all payments and
charges on the Council shall be effected.
(2) The Council shall derive its funds from—
(a) funds allocated to it by Government;
(b) fees or other charges levied under this Act; and
(c) such other source as the Minister may approve.
(3) The Council shall, not later than 3 months before the commencement
of each financial year, submit to the Minister an estimate of its income and
expenditure for that financial year.
