35A. Obligation to comply with guidelines issued by FIU Every licensed auditor shall comply with the relevant guidelines issued by FIU under the Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act. [S. 35A inserted by s. 12 (d) of Act 27 of 2012 w.e.f. 22 December 2012.]
