69A. Registration of public interest entities
(1) All public interest entities specified in the First Schedule shall
apply for registration to the National Committee on Corporate Governance.
(2) An application under subsection (1) shall be made in such
form and manner, and shall be accompanied by such fee, as may be
prescribed.
