71. Annual report of Mauritius Institute of Directors
(1) The Mauritius Institute of Directors shall file a copy of its annual
report with the Council and the National Committee on Corporate Governance within 3 months of the close of its financial year.
(2) The annual report shall include—
(a) the audited annual financial statements; and
(b) an overview of the activities of the Mauritius Institute of Directors during that financial year.
