86. Regulations
(1) The Minister may, for the purposes of this Act, make such regulations
as he thinks fit.
(2) The Minister may, by regulations, amend the Schedules.
(3) Regulations made under subsection (1) may provide for the levying of
fees and charges referred to in sections 49, 50, 51, 52, 54, 55, 57 and 60.
