17. Further information and verification
(1) The Commission may require an applicant, including an applicant for a
Global Business Licence, to—
(a) give it further information in connection with an application, in
such form and manner as it may specify;
(b) have any information submitted in support of an application verified at the cost of the applicant in such manner and by such
persons as it may specify.
(2) The Commission shall not be bound to deal further with the application until the requirement under subsection (1) is satisfied.
