17C. Application of sections 17A and 17B
(1) Sections 17A and 17B shall also apply to an
application for the grant of a global business licence and an
application for authorisation as an Authorised Company.
(2) Section 17B shall not apply to –
(a) any application submitted prior to
1 October 2024;
(b) any application for a licence specified in the
Second Schedule to the Virtual Asset and
Initial Token Offering Services Act 2021;

(c) any application for registration to carry
out the business of initial token offerings
under the Virtual Asset and Initial Token
Offering Services Act 2021; and
(d) any other application or matter as may be
specified in FSC Rules.
(c) by inserting after section 22A, the following new section –
