3. Establishment of Commission
(1) The Financial Services Commission established under the repealed
Financial Services Development Act shall be deemed to have been
established under this Act.
(2) The Commission shall be a body corporate.
(3) Subject to this Act, the Commission shall, in the pursuit of its
objects, perform its functions independently.
