42. Request for information
(1) Every licensee shall furnish to the Commission all such information
and produce such records or documents at such time and place as may be
required of him in writing by the Chief Executive.
(2) (a) For the purposes of subsection (1), a licensee includes a controller of the licensee, a past licensee or any person who ought to be licensed
under any relevant Act.
(b) Subsection (1) applies to information, records or documents required in connection with the exercise by the Commission of its functions
under a relevant Act or any other enactment including the Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act and the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
(3) The Chief Executive may require any information or document supplied to the Commission to be verified or authenticated in such manner as he
may specify, at the cost of the person supplying it.
