64. Protection of persons before Review Panel
(1) A law practitioner or other person appearing before the Review Panel
on behalf of a party shall have the same protection and immunity as a law
practitioner, legal consultant or law firm has in appearing for a party in proceedings before the Supreme Court.
(2) Subject to this Act, a person summoned to attend or to appear before
the Review Panel as a witness shall have the same protection, and shall, in addition to the penalties provided by this Act, be subject to the same liabilities as
a witness in proceedings before the Supreme Court.
