69. Administration of Fund
(1) The Fund shall be administered by a Managing Committee which shall
consist of a Chairperson and not more than 4 other persons suitably qualified, designated by the Minister.
(2) The Managing Committee shall be convened by its Chairperson at
such time and place as he thinks fit.

(3) The Managing Committee shall regulate its meetings and proceedings
in such manner as it thinks fit.
(4) The Managing Committee shall—
(a) furnish to the Minister such information with respect to its activities in such manner and at such time, as he may specify; and
(b) comply with such directions of a general character as the Minister considers necessary in the public interest.
