87A. Records
Every record of the Commission shall be kept—
(a) in the English language;

(b) in writing, stored or otherwise fixed on a tangible medium, or
stored in an electronic or other medium which is retrievable in
perceivable form; and
(c) for a period of at least 7 years after the completion of the transaction to which it relates.
