20. Contribution payable by local authority
Every local authority shall pay to the Accountant-General in respect of
protection against fire afforded by the Fire Services within the area under its
administration such contribution as may be agreed upon between the local
authority concerned and the Government, or, in default of agreement, as
shall be determined by the Minister.
