13. Variation of conditions of licence
(1) The Commissioner may, by notice in writing, vary the conditions subject to which a firearm licence is held, except such conditions as are prescribed, and may, by notice, require the firearm licensee to surrender the licence to him, within 8 days from the date of the notice, for the purpose of
amending the conditions specified in it.
(2) Any holder of a firearm licence who fails to comply with a notice under subsection (1) shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable
to a fine not exceeding 50,000 rupees.
(3) A firearm licence may, on the application of the licensee, be varied by
the Commissioner.
