39. Use of firearms to prevent arrest
Any person who makes or attempts to make any use of a firearm or imitation firearm with intent to resist or prevent the lawful apprehension of his
body, or detention, or of any other person, shall commit an offence and
shall, on conviction, be liable to penal servitude.
