37. Conditions of licences
The terms and conditions imposed under sections 34 (3) and 36 (5) may
include—
(a) the type and method of fishing or any related activity authorised;
(b) the areas within which such fishing or any related activity is
authorised;
(c) the species and amount of fish authorised to be taken, including
any restriction on by-catch;
(d) closed periods;
(e) reporting obligations;
(f) the carrying on board of communications, position fixing or other
equipment.
