47. Landing
(1) The owner or master of a Mauritian fishing boat or a Mauritian fishing
vessel licensed under section 36 shall land its catch within the limits of Port
Louis harbour, or a fish landing station, as may be specified in the licence.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Minister may, subject to such
terms and conditions as he may determine, authorise the owner or master of a
Mauritian fishing boat or a Mauritian fishing vessel licensed under section 36
to land fish at a place other than a place referred to in subsection (1).
